About Cassidy
I am a patient and understanding individual who enjoys teaching and helping others. I possess several years of experience tutoring elementary level students in mathematics and English as well as acting as a mentor for students entering their next stage of learning and balancing their studies with their personal lives. As a licensed CPA, I have also supported accounting and business undergraduates on formulating plans to pursue their career paths and personal goals.

As a tutor my first aim is to understand the mindset of the student, their preferred way of studying, strengths and weaknesses and orienting my approach to best suit their needs and style of learning.
As someone who used to struggle with mathematics as a child, I enjoy using creative approaches to breaking down equations and problems by incorporating the use of visualizations, story-telling and real-life situations to make it a fun and engaging experience for the student.
