About Joh
Hello! My name is Joh, and I am a qualified Foundation Phase teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and an Honors Degree in Special Needs Education. I am passionate about helping learners build confidence and improve their understanding of Afrikaans in a supportive and encouraging environment.
I have experience working with primary school learners and understand that every learner has a unique way of learning. My lessons are patient and adapted to each learner's needs to help them improve their reading, comprehension, spelling, grammar, and writing skills.
I am fluent in both Afrikaans and English and can teach in either language. My goal is not only to help learners improve their marks, but also to help them develop confidence and a positive attitude towards learning.
