I am a senior teacher with 26 years of experience. During my time I have taught all year levels to Year 8 as well as seven years as a special education teacher. In addition, I have been a teaching principal for several small schools working in multi-age classrooms. I also have a post-graduate degree in Autism Studies. I am passionate about assisting others to reach their potential and I am currently studying for a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling.
I have extensive experience designing and implementing learning for individual goals. I have created school-based curriculum approaches for several schools and mentored many beginning teachers. I tutor students both face to face and online and have worked as a private tutor for five years. Tutoring sessions are usually one hour in length and are based on student needs. My lessons are for students from Years one to eight for English and Mathematics.
