About Astrid
I am a student at the University of Newcastle and am currently in my first year of a Bachelor of Science/Biology major. I did very well in the HSC and try to use my knowledge of the process in assisting students achieve the best results possible. I currently tutor some year 12 biology students and have assisted younger years with literacy improvement in the latter years of high school.

I approach the topic by taking a particular interest in the syllabus and try to find methods that may assist students in understanding and remembering the content as Biology is a very dense subject. When tutoring, I like to tailor the way I work to the needs of the individual student and focus on the areas that they struggle with.
