About Emmanuel
I have a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and love learning about the anatomy and physiology of the body, particularly in regards to how to improve health and fitness goals.
I have gone through my own journey of building muscle and rehabbing injuries including coscochondritis (inflammation of the ribs) and tennis elbow. The confidence and personal growth that I have gained have helped me tremendously in other areas of my life
I now enjoy to help people feel more confident in not just their bodies and how they look but overall in how they feel.
