About Seif
I’m deeply committed to helping others build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong relationship with movement. My background spans over two decades in competitive sports and coaching, including basketball and judo, and I bring that same dedication to every client I work with. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, currently pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy to deepen my clinical knowledge and ability to support long-term health and performance, with a preventative approach. My approach is grounded, patient, and evidence-based—focused not on shortcuts, but sustainable progress. I believe in meeting people where they are, listening carefully, and designing programs that are not only effective but empowering. I pride myself on professionalism, clear communication, and consistent follow-through to help you achieve your goals—safely, confidently, and with purpose.

With over 20 years of experience combining basketball, judo, and martial arts, my coaching uniquely integrates discipline, positivity, mental resilience, and self-awareness into dynamic, personalized programs. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist currently pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I utilize a holistic approach designed to steadily enhance strength, mobility, and basketball-specific skills. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and conversational in Spanish, I offer culturally sensitive, individualized training. Primarily in-person sessions are supported by convenient in-app follow-up and guidance. Based on the Upper West Side, I travel directly to clients with flexible hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—to help everyone embrace movement, incremental improvement, and peak performance as an enjoyable lifestyle.
