About Jimmy
I'm a Bass Guitar tutor based in Swanwick, Alfreton. I have played with bands up and down the country in venues ranging from the small to the large and even played some of the same venues as Led Zepplin!
I have a degree in Music Production (BSc) and have experience working with a signed band, recording music professionally and live sound mixing.
I have tutored and worked with students across the UK in schools and colleges and working with students with Education, Health and Care Plans.
I love music and I'm passionate about passing on the knowledge I've gained from years of performing to other people.

Whether you're a beginner, you've had a few lessons or you're looking for advanced techniques then I can help.
I'll mix in music theory with a good heap of practical learning to give you an in-depth understanding of Bass Guitar.
We'll dive straight into playing the instrument so you can get comfortable with a bass guitar and get as much out of each session as you can.
I have an Enhanced DBS check and have experience working in schools and colleges across the UK and with students with Educational Health and Care Plans.
