About Ruby
I am a passionate design student who loves to relax by cozying up with some yarn crafts. My grandmother taught me how to knit and crochet at a young age and I've been practicing ever since. After gaining confidence in the basics, I began teaching my friends and family and have been doing so for years. I'm by no means an expert but I am a great teacher if you want to learn the basics and a few different stitches.

My teaching method is all about patience and encouragement. I am a patient teacher and help my students develop patience while learning the craft. Patience is key because nothing is fun when you're frustrated. Frequent encouragement also helps battle frustration. Learning anything takes time and I make sure my students know that making mistakes is okay and is even celebrated!
