About Elita
I am a graduate student in BEd (Hons) & BMus. I have been playing piano for 18 years and I have been giving piano lessons and theory lessons for 2 years. I have backgrounds in ABRSM exams and had gained the Diploma In Music Performance in ABRSM. I had experiences in teaching different age groups (4yo- 28yo) and different levels (beginner-Grade 8).

My degree in education allowed me to use various strategies to approach lessons depending on student age and ability. For example, for younger learners, I scafold lessons in sevearl steps. I always encourage students with positive words. I also include aural/theory practices, music appreciation and general knowledge during lessons to provide a broader view in music for students.
