About Barredo
Hello! I'm a 4th year BEED student (On-the-Job Training) at Negros Occidental. My goal is to help young learners discover a passion for reading and learning.
By being in the On-The-Job-Training program, I am more exposed to the latest lessons and strategies used by teachers in teaching schools. I believe that every child can learn at his/her own pace. Therefore, I strive to create a friendly, patient, and interactive learning environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes.

My Teaching Approach & Methodology
As a 4th-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) student currently completing my On-the-Job Training (OJT), my approach blends up-to-date pedagogical strategies with real, hands-on classroom experience in Negros Occidental.
Patience & Positive Reinforcement: Young learners build confidence when they feel safe to make mistakes. I encourage a growth mindset, breaking down complex topics into bite-sized, digestible steps.
Differentiated & Multi-Sensory Instruction: Every child learns differently. I integrate visual aids, interactive exercises, phonics-based drills, and contextual storytelling to keep lessons engaging and clear.
Student-Centered Guided Practice: Following the "I Do, We Do, You Do" framework, I first demonstrate the concept, guide the student through practice together, and finally allow them to independently master the task.
