I've been working for the last 7 years training people. In Brazil, in the United Arab Emirates and nowadays living in the USA. I have many clients in Los Angeles, some have been training with me for over 2 years. I like to accompany my clients, helping them with their meals, creating their meal plans and always looking to diversify their food and exercises.
