I met Atishca through the Human Library where she touched lives by being vulnerable and sharing her life story. Atishca has a warm personality and makes you feel as if she is there just for you! Atishca has a calm, gentle way of supporting another person. I personally received immense value from her gifts around a struggle with food and body perception. This issue would send me into a panic attack. After working with Atishca I have not experienced the panic attacks around food that were previously debilitating.
