About Hong
achieved an ATAR above 95 and have been awarded a Bachelor of Secondary Teaching, with academic grounding aligned with APAC psychology standards. My academic background reflects strong discipline, commitment, and a deep interest in education and human development.
Alongside my studies, swimming has been a lifelong passion. Having trained competitively in China and experienced national-level training, I developed strong technical skills and a disciplined mindset. I value the high standards and structured approach I received and hope to pass on that knowledge to the next generation. Teaching allows me to combine my educational training with my swimming experience in a meaningful way.

My lessons focus on building strong fundamentals, correct technique, and water confidence step by step. I emphasize body position, breathing control, stroke efficiency, and safe progression tailored to each student’s level. With my competitive training background, I understand how to break down movements clearly and correct technical details effectively. Sessions are structured, disciplined, and goal-oriented, while maintaining a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Whether for beginners or developing swimmers, I aim to help students improve steadily and confidently.
