About La Mangouste
I have been practicing the Hula-hoop with passion since 2017, after having discovered it at the Juggling Convention.
The HoopDance makes the link between several things that make me happy: living in public space by dancing and music , be on the move, in meeting, exchanging and sharing. The Hula-hoop also helps me to make room for my inner child so that she can express herself. I'm not looking for technicality but for movement that allows me to let go, to be concentrated in my body, to find a liberating flow. There is no one right way to do things, and therefore no pressure.
The hoop has also helped me to be more aware of my body, of how it moves, and to strengthen the bond with my feminity.
I want to share this more widely, by giving lessons and making people discover this practice, because it is joyful and liberating. For this, I trained in 2021 with Jo Mondy (Brighton, UK) and I am now certified "Hoop Teacher Livelovehoop".

HoopDance is a dance practice with a hoop allowing you to put your body in motion while giving free rein to your creativity and spontaneity, in a fun and joyful way. It is an activity accessible to all, of all ages, all kinds and all body shapes.
The key words are good humor, movement and imagination!
I offer beginner workshops in order to discover the multiple possibilities: on-body figures (around the body), for example around the waist, knees, neck, hands and arms, and off-body (outside the body), such as insulations, rolls, throws ...
I will teach you the basics so that you can then have fun on your own and experiment freely with the hoops.
Course of the course (1h) : warm-up, discovering several movements and transitions between them, time to explore or practice in music to find your flow, then stretching.
