About Onyinye

My name is Anazodo Onyinyechi, and I am a trained vocalist and voice coach with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where I graduated first class, majoring in Voice and minoring in Piano.
I offer beginner and intermediate voice lessons, helping students improve vocal technique, breath support, pitch accuracy, tone, and confidence. My lessons are tailored to each student’s level and goals, whether you are just starting or returning to singing.
I have performed on prestigious stages and won multiple awards, including the female soloist category at the Africa Sings International Competition (2024) and the Muson MusiQuest Singing Category (2024). These experiences inform my teaching, as I bring insight from years of learning and experiences as a performer into every lesson.
I work with students facing challenges such as vocal tension, fatigue, stage fright, or range limitations, and I provide patient, structured guidance through exercises that build healthy vocal habits and lasting skills.
My approach is simple: I meet students where they are and build from there, covering breathing, pitch, expression, vocal anatomy, and performance techniques in a way that is practical, engaging, and effective.

About the lesson

Many people are surprised by how much their voice can improve in a short time — with the right guidance, it is absolutely possible. My singing lessons are designed to help you build a healthy, confident, and expressive voice through clear, structured training.

My teaching approach is practical and student-focused. I simplify vocal techniques that often feel confusing, using clear explanations and relatable exercises that make learning natural and effective. Lessons follow a well-organized progression, ensuring steady improvement rather than random singing.

I strongly believe in growth through Practice, Patience, and Consistency. With these principles, students develop vocal control, confidence, and musical understanding step by step.
Techniques covered in my lessons include:

Breath management and support.

Posture and body alignment for efficient sound production.

Pitch accuracy training using vocal exercises and ear development.

Tone production and resonance balancing (head, mix, and chest coordination).

Vocal range development without strain.

Register blending and passaggio management.

Articulation, diction, and vowel shaping for clarity and projection.

Dynamic control and phrasing for musical expression.

Performance skills including confidence, stage presence, and interpretative delivery.
