Hello!
I’m a friendly and patient violin tutor offering lessons for beginners of all ages in the Kilmore area.
I started playing the violin at age 5 and grew up participating in school ensembles, orchestras and chamber groups, developing a strong foundation in both performance and ensemble playing. I have experience performing in youth orchestras and community settings, as well as playing violin for private events such as weddings. I’ve also previously provided private tuition and am excited to return to teaching, particularly in a rural area where access to music education can be limited.
My lessons focus on building good technique, musical understanding and confidence, while keeping learning enjoyable and supportive. With 2 neurodivergent children, I aim to create a relaxed environment where students can progress at their own pace and develop a genuine love for music. Whether you’re starting from scratch or revisiting the violin after some time away, I’d love to help you begin your musical journey.
