Bindu, an international yoga alliance certified teacher, studied yoga in the foothills of the Himalayas. Her teachings underscore a holistic well-being philosophy, embodying the mind, body and soul.

Bindu and I work at the same company, and when I met her, she was telling me her passion for teaching and helping people benefit from the Yoga.
Then she offered giving yoga classes to her colleagues, and I must say she has helped me overcome my anxiety attacks by teaching me how to breathe properly.
She will guide you through the class and push you to achieve more in every class, understanding each student’s weaknesses.
She is a great teacher, yet an even better person. She’s very selfless, and can be an amazing life coach.
