About Ellen
Hi! I am 1st year Bioengineering student at the University of Sheffield. I went to a grammar school for my GCSE years and studied maths, further maths, triple science, Spanish, graphics, geography and economics and then switched to a different grammar school sixth form for my A level studies. Here, I studied biology, chemistry and maths and achieved AAB which allowed me to go to my first choice university. I also studied Psychology at AS level and achieved a B. I am really enjoying my degree so far and would like to support and encourage students in their studies to achieve top marks.

I achieved all grades 8 and 9 at GCSE and AAB in my A-level studies (Bio, Maths and Chem). I have previously tutored students to prepare them for SATs, 11+ and GCSEs, so feel comfortable supporting students in their studies at any age between 8 and 16. Lessons will typically last up to an hour, with longer sessions for past papers etc and will focus on knowledge as well as exam techniques. I am happy to set homework if required.
