About Beverley
I am an English lady in my late thirties, who has lived in Australia for eight years. I love the training part of my job and would love to do more of it. I am skilled and reading and writing and love to ensure correct grammar is used. I enjoy passing on my knowledge of microbiology and I am passionate about food safety! I am a horse lover, with an ex racehorse, as well as a mini bull terrier and a cat.

I love to pass on my knowledge of microbiology and food safety to others. I am patient and understanding and students enjoy my training sessions. I am a keen reader, and I love to write. I make my training interesting with photos and pictures, and I am skilled at training people who first language is not English.
