About Eric
Hi there, my name is Eric! I am a third year undergraduate student at UNC Chapel Hill studying Biology BS and Medical Anthropology BA. My passions include medicine, public health, and biological science. Combining science with how the world interacts, and the impacts it has is crucial to public health and medical anthropology. I have experience in biology and experience science laboratories as well as in the medical field in urgent care, pre-hospital, and veterinary emergency care. I approach teaching in a supportive way. I ensure that you understand the material yourself but do not allow you to get stuck. A typical lesson includes a brief understanding of key topics you would like to work on, a short lesson and review, practice problems, and then a time for further questions. I am set apart from my experience in my education. I have understanding in many biological techniques not only in the classroom but also in the laboratory. I also work at an urgent care and on a 911 ambulance service, relating to my medical knowledge. My lessons are typically for high school, community college, and undergraduate level students with some graduate level student opportunities in specific biology courses (intracellular interactions).
