About Alex
While I have a passion for health, English was my best and favourite subject at school. To continue my interest in English, I'm pretty keen to pass on the skills and study techniques that I learnt from my amazing teachers. I also enjoy tutoring English to migrants and refugees as a volunteer.

I am more than happy to go through a practise essay that you've sent me, but walking through a prompt and simply chatting about the ideas explored in a text can be just as useful.
I may give you a homework task, but I will not be getting you to write pieces during sessions. That is something that you can do by yourself (:
Argument Analysis can be very novel and confusing, and I am also more than happy to look over contemporary articles and walk you through what your examiners are looking for with the current study design.
Please let me know your school's texts before our first session so I can help you strengthen your understanding of the texts to the best of my ability.
