About Gilian
I am a student in biomedical sciences at Maastricht University to follow the teacher training in chemistry and biology. I have never paid extra tutoring before, but as a favor to classmates and lower classes. Most of the time I hear positive feedback about my way of explanation and because of this I am also interested in giving extra lessons. I am pretty enthusiastic about my explanation and try not to just explain something that is often done for a class, but to help you step by step through the curriculum and assignments.

My explanation depends on the needs of the student. In the case of seeing the big picture and processes as a whole, I start from a central, understandable point and work from here more and more in-depth. If the problems appear during the calculations, I will mainly look at how you would do the calculation yourself and indicate where things go wrong and why it should be something else.
