My teaching method focuses on individual clients and students on a one on one basis. We spend the first session discussing the clients concerns and what they want to do. We will discuss key topics in nutrition and how it applies to the clients life. I can provide meal ideas which the client can use as a basis when first learning about nutrition but ultimately the client should be able to put together balanced meals of their own which are optimal for their goals.
