My name is Usman. I have trained BJJ for the last 3 years and achieved my blue belt. I have competed in various tournaments. I was promoted to blue belt by a 5th degree black belt from Brazil back in UAE. My specialty is different submissions from ground game with Gi BJJ.

I have had multiple personal trainers over the course of a few years, and Usman has been my favourite by far. He genuinely cared about working out properly to maximise results and prevent injuries, focusing on posture, range of motion, and more. He is very good at mixing up workouts so that they don’t become repetitive or boring. 1000% recommended!
