About Sally
I’m Sally, the heart behind Still Waters. With over 25 years as a qualified teacher (BEd Hons), I’ve walked alongside hundreds of children through academic struggles, anxiety, and emotional challenges. I’m also a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, mental health first aider, and fitness coach. This background allows me to support not just the mind, but the whole person. Still Waters was born from a desire to create calm, meaningful moments outside the classroom—where young people can rediscover their strengths, build confidence, and move forward at their own pace.
