About Sian
I am a flight attendant, and a certified yoga teacher, I obtained my certification in India and aim to bring the traditional authentic training into my classes. I am currently completing a degree in counselling and nutrition. I have previously competed in Ironman and run in numerous half marathons and marathons. I used yoga to relieve anxiety and restore balance within my body.
