About Natalia

I am a native Spanish speaker who moved to the United States at the age of 16. I received an excellent primary and secondary education in a private school in my home-country, where I always excelled in literature and composition classes. Upon moving to the United States, I improved my proficiency in English as my second language and gained awareness about the process of integrating a new culture and re-thinking myself and my story in a new language context. I have gained valuable insight on the techniques and the learning focuses that yield the most practical learning, compared to the ones that are exam-focused. Aditionally, I have a passion for teaching, which I got to enjoy the most when my little brother was born in the United States and I taught him to read in Spanish before he entered Kindergarten.

About the lesson

As a psychology student and a self-learning enthusiast, I aim to jointly build with you a series of lessons that are tailored to your specific needs and push you towards a better communication with Spanish-speaking people from lesson #1.
