About Micaela
Before moving to the US a year and a half ago, I had lived in Italy for 25 years. I am now 27 and I have an Italian master's degree in Finance.
When I was 19 I went to Spain to be an AuPair. My job as an AuPair was to take care of a 9-year-old boy and teach English to him. He didn't speak any English when I got there and he was a difficult kid because he didn't want to take my classes. I was very patient with him and after only a month his English got so much better, he could finally speak to me in a language that was not Spanish. When I left, the boy and his family took a trip abroad and his mom told me he was always the one trying to speak English.
