About Rebekah
I've studied Capoeira since 2011, and have obtained my graduates belt in the group Capoeira Aruanda with Mestre Borracha. I love Capoeira for its fluid, dynamic motions, and it's philosophical dialogue. I have been teaching since 2015 including women's classes, and beginners.

Capoeira is a unique art in that it has many aspect to it. Each class will follow a general structure, and can be tailored to the students level and physical capabilities. In each class you'll practice ginga (the swaying motions), esquiva (dodges), Galopes (strikes), and Floreios (acrobatic basics i.e. cartwheels). I have taught a range of ages from 5yrs to 55yrs, it's never too late or too early to start Capoeira!

Details
Rate may be split between multiple people. Free 30mins can be used with a paid lesson so your first lesson is 90mins, this allows extra time to talk about the movements, history, and music, as well as maintain a steady but not overwhelming intensity to the class.
