About Monika
My name is Monika. I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher with 6 years of teaching experience all over the world, a Pilates instructor and a breathwork coach. I connect my knowledge from various disciplines to create safe and effective classes in all of above-mentioned fields of interest.

Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. During the class, in a simple way, I will introduce you to the science of breathing in regulation of the nervous system and show you simple breathing exercises. We will mainly focus on breathing techniques that downregulate the nervous system, but I will explain how you can use the breath to boost the energy as well. No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
