Personal training is exactly that, personal. After conducting a physical readiness test to ensure I am aware of anything that may require me to modify your program, I will plan your program tailored for you.
My programs are based on building muscle and working the whole body to ensure we boost your basal metabolic rate to continue burning long after we are finished.
I also ensure we work on movement, not just exercises and always finish with stretching to reduce muscular fatigue.
I am a fitness professional and hormone enhancement coach who is passionate about helping people gain vitality. We will work towards your goals using my professional knowledge and experience to ensure the program is perfect for you.

I have additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, Boxing for Fitness level 1 & 2 and am currently studying rehab techniques and herbal medicine for women.
