About Brianna
I'm a qualified yoga teacher and have been teaching for a year and a half, and have been practicing for 6 years. Im qualified to teach Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, kids yoga and family yoga. Before I practiced yoga I was a dancer for 15 years, which means that movement is something that I understand and love to teach to others.
I have taught at a variety of studios, schools and hospitals all over Brisbane.

I teach based upon real-life needs. I focus on mobility, range of movement and I love to add in easy movements that you can do at home or work. I am focused in on the body and the breath, bringing it back to the basics in what you feel and how you move.

Travel charge will change based upon distance. Cancellation policy: more than 24hrs beforehand and you will not have to pay at all, more than 6 hrs beforehand and you will be refunded half of the cost of the class, if you cancel less than 6 hours beforehand (unless due to a genuine emergency) you will not be refunded at all.
