Hi, I am Sandy! I am currently an Applied Mathematics major at Brooklyn Technical High School, and I love helping students build a strong, confident foundation in math.
My academic background includes earning a perfect 800 on the SAT Math section, but my true passion is teaching others how to succeed. As the Tutoring Committee Head for Mu Alpha Theta, the Mathematics Honor Society, I have personally logged over 45 hours of peer math support. This experience has allowed me to specialize in breaking down core subjects like Algebra into simple, logical steps. As an Applied Mathematics major at Brooklyn Tech and the tutoring head for Mu Alpha Theta, my name is Sandy and I offer algebra lessons for middle school and high school students who want to build a strong math foundation.

A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan:
First, we spend 10 minutes doing a review to clear up any confusion from your current school homework or recent quizzes.
