About Rachel
My name is Rachel and I graduated from Dalhousie University in May 2021 with a double major in math and chemistry, where I specialized in analytical and physical chemistry (not organic/inorganic). I have 9+ years of experience tutoring math, chemistry, and physics to high school, college, and university students. I love teaching students and watching them progress over time! I am very dedicated to making sure that my students feel comfortable with me, and with their courses.

I have experience tutoring both virtually, and in person. I like to receive questions/topics to work on in advance and then we can review and work through problems during the lesson. I tailor the way the lesson is taught to each student, and the way they learn best. I am very flexible and want you to succeed! I offer a no judgement atmosphere, and I will help you work towards whatever your goal may be. I focus on understanding the material, rather than just memorizing specific examples, so that you can feel more confident going into tests and exams
