About Tadzmahal
I'm Tadz, a learning and development coach, academic and career coach, and certified master trainer based in Dubai, named Best Trainer three times.
For 10 years, my work has been helping people learn and find their voice. I started on the front line and grew into leading learning for international teams across 20+ airports on three continents. I have trained hundreds of people, certified frontline colleagues as trainers, and I am a speaker at HRSE Dubai 2026, the region's HR Summit and Expo.
A decade in learning and development taught me how people learn and what makes it stick. I bring that to every lesson: I listen first, find what is holding you back, and build the plan around you.

English at work is not about perfect grammar. It is about being clear, confident and understood.
I have spent 10 years training international teams in aviation and hospitality, many of them working in English as a second language. I know what professionals need, because I have built that training for them.
What we cover:
• Meetings: giving updates, sharing ideas and asking questions with confidence.
• Emails and messages: clear, polite and professional, without overthinking.
• Phone and video calls: understanding, responding and following up.
• Interviews: answering common questions and talking about your experience.
• Presentations: explaining an idea simply and handling questions.
• Small talk: the everyday English that builds relationships at work.
How it works:
1. A first session to check your level on the international CEFR scale (A1 to C2) and agree clear goals.
2. A plan built around your job and the situations you face every week.
3. Lessons of 60 to 90 minutes, each with a presentation, a handout and real work exercises.
4. A short recap every lesson, and a final presentation to show your progress.
For adult professionals, from beginner to advanced. All lessons are online by video call.
We celebrate mistakes here, because that is how we learn.

All lessons are online and taught in English. Bookings are final: lessons and packs cannot be canceled or refunded, so please choose your time carefully. The free 30-minute first meeting is a short introduction so we can get to know each other. Your level check and personal learning plan are done in your first full lesson.
