I'm Pili, a native Chinese speaker and a full-time business professional working in the VC industry.
With my 5-year experience in the business world, I will be able to tutor you with advanced Chinese and business culture as well.
I've been teaching Chinese online for about 2 years with 5.0 rates all the time. I've taught 20+ long-term students from high schoolers to CEOs.

LESSON PLAN
I tailor my classes based on the different needs of the students and I use multiple methods, and materials to teach based on the student's interests.
I'll teach you the real things that we use in daily life (not the old-school ones you learn from textbooks).
In each class, we will focus on 3 sentences (along with its vocabularies and grammar) that have been heavily used in the business world or daily life.
In this way, not only will you be able to learn something you can use right away, and it also make the whole class more fun and interesting.
I will also teach you one slang or taboo, or the popular words we use nowadays to help you keep up with the trending Chinese culture and sounds like a pro.

Perfect! I just had an initial meeting with PiLi before choosing a local tutor. My impression of PiLi is that she would be a really good instructor, she is organized and has a plan. If things don't work out with the local tutor, I would be very comfortable working with PiLi.
