I am a Business student based in Central London, I am a licensed Personal Trainer And aspiring Bodybuilder! I am also A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Martial Artist And Ex-Footballer. I have trained 100's of people and i am passionate about bettering my trainee as much as i can, helping them reach their Full Potential!

I like to talk to the Client and see what their goals are, then ask what methods they have previously tried and try to grasp a general idea of what it is they are looking for, and work from there.
I will not put a client through any exercises they are not comfortable with.
Most importantly i want people to have FUN while training! And i love to help people achieve their goals, as they help me achieve mine!
