About Michael
I am a fitness and calisthenics enthusiast and I spend 6 days a week on my fitness workouts. In a short span of time I've abled to learn the art of body weight training to get fit and help others learn this same art. You will start seeing the change in a matter of months. Ive been mentoring people online but in a personal interaction I can guarantee better results.

My teaching method to shred weight is purely using body weight training if you've never done a pullup before I can guarantee you results with the first 4 weeks. We will have sessions at an outdoor park of your choosing and I'll work hard with you to help achieve your fitness goals. I can also help you learn the art of a muscle up which is the next best thing after a pullup.
