I've worked for three different language schools in three different countries. I've picked up modern teaching techniques and methodologies that I have used to help my students achieve their goals. I'm a CELTA certified ESL teacher with 5 years teaching experience. Throughout my career, I've taught students of various nationalities, ages, and levels. My classes have comprised young learners, teenagers, and adults from Beginner, Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, SPM, IELTS, FCE, and CAE exam levels. My teaching approach depends on your goals. If you are looking to develop your general English language skills, our classes would be based on interesting topics such as traveling, food, hobbies, superstitions, etc. You would be participating in interactive activities that build your reading, speaking, listening, and writing skills. If your goal is to ace an exam, whether it's SPM or the IELTS, our classes would be more focused on helping you get familiar with the exam-type questions and how to best answer them. We will be doing exam practices and mock tests so that when it's time for the real deal, you will be confident and ready to achieve the grade that you want.
