About Vasileios
I am a third year student studying Engineering at the University of Cambridge. I have experience in teaching from school, where I used to help fellow classmates in Science and Mathematics. This year, I also tutored two
students in Physics at GCSE (Y10) and BTEC level (Y13).

Every student learns at their own pace and in a different way, so it is often the case that lessons at school are not providing what the student needs.
I know from experience that students learn best by understanding the concept at a depth and not by just memorising facts.
My first step is to fill any knowledge gaps that the student has, so they can have a strong foundation to help them progress. It is really hard to learn advanced topics in science and maths if some basic building blocks are missing.
Once the student is more confident, they can start learning how to self-study and I help them with self discipline. They will not always have a tutor to help them learn, so these really important skills will allow them to be more independent and progress even further.
