I have known Richard for more than 8 years. We met thanks to South Kensington Language Exchange group which Richard attended in order to practice his Spanish, French and Italian. We have stayed in touch over the years and have helped each other on many occasions with our respective target languages of English and Italian. Richard has an excellent understanding of grammar from his classical studies of Latin (at Cambridge University) and is able to grasp and explain concepts easily. He is a very competent teacher as he is able to combine academic knowledge with good communication skills.
