I am an engineering student, with a lot of interest in the teaching field.
I had taken some private teaching classes for our neighbourhood kids regarding their academics.
I presently serve as the public officer for a startup company.

And it's the tutor's accountability to know the student's grasping power.
Firstly I get to know my students.
Accordingly prepare a strategy to teach them
And by conducting random surprise tests I get to know-how extensively Iam able to reach them, then I will change my technique accordingly.
