About Daisy

"Calloused fingers pressing onto cold strings define the beginning of every musical journey I have taken. My personal narrative spans years of stage performances and studio sessions where I refined my craft.

I teach guitar by focusing on practical application such as blues progressions, power chords, and fingerpicking. You will learn to navigate the fretboard through music theory and consistent electric technique.

I also provide guidance on tuning and maintenance to keep your equipment ready for any performance. Teaching 141 students has shown me that everyone learns differently.

I enjoy watching students move from mechanical practice to expressive playing. Developing improvisation and soloing skills is particularly rewarding for those ready to lead. Grade exam prep is available if you prefer a structured path through your studies."

About the lesson

"Struggling with rhythmic consistency often masks the simple joy of playing music. 10 years of consistent practice is the baseline I encourage for genuine mastery. My MMus Music Performance from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music informs how I break down complex lead guitar concepts. I simplify challenging technical passages so you can see the logic behind the notes.

This approach builds confidence by turning frustration into manageable tasks. I keep sessions practical and musical, so progress is something you can hear.

You will find that our work together makes the instrument feel like an extension of your own voice. We will refine your mechanics until they become second nature. You are going to leave each session with a clear understanding of your next step forward."
