About Alex

Hi, I’m Alex, a university student with a strong background in mathematics and a passion for helping students build confidence in the subject.

I achieved a Grade 7 in GCSE Mathematics and a Grade B in A-Level Mathematics, giving me a solid understanding of the key concepts taught at KS3 and GCSE level. Through my own studies, I developed effective problem-solving skills and learnt how to approach mathematical challenges in a clear and structured way.

I understand that many students find maths frustrating or overwhelming at times, so I aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to help them develop a genuine understanding of maths and the confidence to tackle problems independently.
