About Alina - Loredana
I am a medical doctor, Life Coach and trainer from Romania, with 19 years of experience living in the UK and 16 years of professional experience as a doctor there.
During my career, I progressed through medical training to specialist level, obtaining my CCT in Forensic Psychiatry, while taking on teaching, mentoring, leadership and professional development roles.
I have also been involved in medical interview preparation, simulation teaching, examinations and training healthcare professionals.
Alongside my medical career, I trained as a Life Coach and have worked with people on personal development, confidence and professional goals.
Having built a medical career across two countries and experienced different stages of professional development myself, I understand that career decisions are not always straightforward.
Sometimes the challenge is knowing what direction to take; sometimes it is having the confidence to take the next step.
I enjoy helping people step back, understand their options, recognize their strengths and turn uncertainty into a clearer plan.
My coaching is educational and developmental in nature. It is not medical or psychotherapy treatment.

Sessions are supportive but practical. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I help you clarify your own goals, identify what may be holding you back and develop realistic steps that fit your situation.
