About Carine
My passion for sharing breath and meditation practices grew from my own experiences at yoga and meditation retreats, where I discovered how simple breath awareness can bring deep calm, clarity, and reconnection. I now love sharing these tools with others, helping people slow down, breathe more fully, and find stillness within. My sessions are gentle, grounded, and adaptable — designed to meet you exactly where you are. I love how with silence we can deepen our breathing, and release built-up tension, allowing the mind and body to naturally settle to stillness.

Each session is guided with care and simplicity. I begin by reconnecting you with the breath; learning gentle breathing techniques that deepen inhalation and encourage full release on the exhale. From there, we move into short, supported periods of silence, creating space to rest, reflect, and restore.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and adaptable to each person’s needs.
Together, we focus on:
- Improving overall breathing and energy flow
- Easing stress and tension
- Restoring inner balance
- Cultivating calm awareness and emotional wellbeing
