About Anna
Ania graduated from Brunel University with a BSc in psychology, and went on to obtain an MSc in clinical psychology from Kings College, London. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and her qualifications have been furthered by numerous additional certificates, including being a certified Lumina Spark Practitioner, BPS level A and more.
With her international background, Ania’s experience includes developing programmes and workshops for managers and directors based on positive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence. She has also conducted extensive research around negative thinking habits and coping strategies.
