First of all, I try to understand the learner at a psychological level to understand his/her grasping efficiency. Then I try to modify the understanding process of the learner by taking simple basic examples from daily life practices. I make the learner stress-free and confident. The learner feels with me that he will be able to achieve the desired goal. I don't behave like a dictator/authoritarian/all in all. I facilitate the learner to create solutions/knowledge himself/herself.
