About Maddie

My name is Maddie and I am qualified Spanish and EFL teacher. I have been teaching English and Spanish for over 2 years and recently moved back from Barcelona. I love to read, listen to music, go for walks and learn new languages. I am currently studying French and German online due to the pandemic and will be studying Linguistics in London next year. I love teaching and try to tailor my classes to my students needs so that you get the most out of the experience. I have taught students from as young as three years olds to adults in businesses or that have retired. I know that learning a language can be daunting and difficult because I have been there but I think with the right teacher in the right environment, you will be able to achieve your goals.
If you have any further questions, feel free to send me a message! I look forward to hearing from you.

I worked with Maddie as an EFL teacher in Barcelona. She was great with the children and really committed to her job. She has many ideas which were all useful when keeping the students engaged and excited. Her Spanish is also amazing as she is a natural linguist.
