About Tristan
My name is Tristan, and I am 28 years old, originally from Sheffield in the north of England. Currently, I live in France. In 2020, I graduated from University of the Arts London with a Fine Art degree, a background that continues to influence my creative approach to both art and language. My love for art and music has led me to appreciate the power of self-expression in all forms, and I see language as another way to connect with people and express ideas. Outside of teaching, I have a deep interest in geopolitics and literature, areas that I enjoy exploring in both my personal and professional life. My journey in language teaching began in France, and it is here that I first realised the true power of language to open doors to new perspectives and cultures. I am deeply passionate about helping learners of all backgrounds discover the joy of learning a new language and the doors it can open to both personal and professional growth.

My name is Tristan, and I am 28 years old, originally from Sheffield in the north of England. Currently, I live in France, where my passion for language learning truly began. I have always believed that language learning is an exciting and rewarding process, and this belief has shaped my approach to teaching. With a CELTA qualification from International House and three years of teaching experience in a French Lycée, as well as private language lessons and the UK school system, I have gained valuable insight into the diverse needs of language learners. I aim to create an engaging, holistic, and student-centred learning environment that inspires confidence and motivation. I truly believe that language learning can be a transformative experience for every student, whether that be conversational sessions with corrections and support with formulations or concentrate sessions on language points and grammar.
